The Empowerment Club is proud to support Woman’s Trust, a specialist mental health charity providing free counselling and therapy for women who have experienced domestic abuse.

This cause is close to my heart. My own experience has shaped the work I do today, and I was truly honoured when the opportunity came to partner with Woman’s Trust.

I wanted to turn my pain into something purposeful - to create a space where women could come together to feel strong in every sense of the word.

Our Initiative

EMPOWER60 is our 8 week challenge - and the way we deliver our give-back commitment.

Here’s how it works:

• Every 10 sign ups = we open 1 free challenge spot for a woman supported by Woman’s Trust or for a Woman’s Trust staff member doing vital work.

• Want to do more? Choose Pay It Forward at checkout to fund an additional spot and directly support another woman’s access to coaching, community, and strength.
